Quick Morning Pilates Routine 

This no equipment quick morning routine will help you set up for the day and get you moving! Whether you're travelling or struck for time, this 10 min workout will get your heart pumping and your mind reset to tackle the day ahead. Remember the breath work - inhale to prepare and exhale on exertion. For every exercise do 10 reps on each side!
