Most people switch somewhere around 12 to 16 weeks, but there's no set rule, so go by what feels comfortable for you. Our bamboo waistbands and ruched styles are gentle enough to wear early, before a bump really shows, and stretchy enough to keep up as you grow.

Yes. The bamboo fabric is naturally stretchy, and our pants, shorts, skirts and leggings have soft, comfortable waistbands that move with you. Tops come in a longer length or with side ruching, and our dresses have a relaxed fit or ruching, so they keep fitting as your bump changes.

Soft, organically-farmed bamboo, blended with organic cotton and a little spandex for stretch (our Essential Maternity Pants are 70% bamboo, 25% organic cotton, 5% spandex). Cool gentle machine wash inside out with similar colours, then line dry in the shade or tumble dry on low, with a cool iron if you need it. Washing cool and drying low keeps the fabric soft and helps it hold its shape and size. Always check the care label too.
