What is your return policy?

OUR POLICY

If you receive your order and decide its not quite right, we accept returns up until 30 days from date of delivery.

We will happily exchange or refund the purchase price of any item you return to us. We just ask you return garments in the condition they were sent to you:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • No odours or marks including deodorant, perfume and makeup
  • No pet hair
  • Original tags attached

If an item does not satisfy the above requirements you wil be contacted and it will be returned to you.

Returns will only be accepted if items are in their original condition - this means unworn and unwashed with tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse your return if it arrives in an a condition which does not meet our returns policy.

In the very rare instance where you receive a faulty or incorrectly packaged product, please contact us directly via email or phone so we can organise a reply paid label for your return.

exchanges - how does it work?

Once you submit your return, you’ll receive a pre- paid label to download and use to send your items back. The replacement item will be sent as soon as your return parcel is received at our warehouse and the condition of the garment/s is checked. If you opt for an exchange, it will only be available if we have enough stock on hand in your preferred size. If stock is running low or it’s already sold out, you won’t be able to choose that size. If your size sells out before you’ve sent the original back to us, you’ll automatically be issued a refund. In the case of exchanging for a different style, you will only be able to do so if the price of the new item matches the old.

store credit - how does it work?

I'm from outside australia, how do i return?

International returns are lodged the same way as Australian orders, the return shipping label and any fees or charges incured are just at the customers expense. Please use the return portal to begin your return and send your parcel back to our warehouse at 12/398 The Boulevarde, Kirrawee NSW 2232, Australia.

i don't have a printer. how do i print my return label?

You will receive an email with your label attached. Take your phone to any Australia Post outlet and they will be able to print the label from the email attachement for you.

i want to exchange for a completely different item. what do i do?

When choosing your action for return, you can select "Store Credit" and then use this credit towards a new item.

i would like to exchange for a different size, but the size is not selectable. why?

If the size is greyed out, it means this size is currently unavailable.

can i return to your kirrawee showroom?

Yes, you can! Lodge your return via our online portal and select "Return to Kirrawee Showroom". Our address is 12/398 The Boulevarde, Kirrawee 2232 and we are open Monday to Friday from 9.30am - 4pm.

what if my return is outside the 30 day return window?

Please contact us and we will try our best to work out the best solution for everyone.

if i choose store credit, when will i receive it?

Your credit will be released once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse.

how do i pay for the return label if i choose to receive a refund?

When we receive your return parcel we will deduct $10 from your refund amount to cover the return postage cost.

when will my exchange order be sent?

Your exchange order will be sent as soon as your return items are received and inspected at our warehouse. You will receive an email notification when this occurs.

is stock reserved for my exchange?

No. The stock will only be reserved once we receive your return, so please make sure you lodge your return ASAP to avoid disappointment.
