If you receive your order and decide its not quite right, you have 30 days from date of deliver to begin your return.
It is the customers responosibility to cover all postage and handling charges incurred when shipping the items back to us.
Your exchange, store credit or refund will be processed as soon as your paracel reaches our warehouse and the team can assess it.

If you receive your order and decide its not quite right, we accept returns up until 30 days from date of delivery.
We will happily exchange or refund the purchase price of any item you return to us. We just ask you return garments in the condition they were sent to you:
- No odours or marks including deodorant, perfume and makeup
- No pet hair
- Original tags attached
If an item does not satisfy the above requirements you wil be contacted and it will be returned to you.
Returns will only be accepted if items are in their original condition - this means unworn and unwashed with tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse your return if it arrives in an a condition which does not meet our returns policy.
In the very rare instance where you receive a faulty or incorrectly packaged product, please contact us directly via email or phone so we can organise a reply paid label for your return.
