Shipping and Returns


Where do you deliver to and how much does it cost?

Bamboo Body deliver worldwide.

For Retail Orders over $50 we ship to Australian addresses free of charge.

For International Orders, we offer a $15 flat rate shipping option.  You will be provided with a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your delivery.  Customs rules vary from country to country and are calculated once the parcel reaches its destination country.  If customs or duty charges are applicable, payment of these charges is the responsibility of the recipient.  Please contact your local customs office for more information.

For Wholesale Orders, your delivery cost will be based on your location and the weight of your order. The total shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We aim to process orders on the day they are placed but please allow up to 2 working days for processing.  If there is going to be a delay with your order we will contact your via the contact details you enter when placing your order.  

We send all parcels from southern Sydney via E-Parcel Post. Parcels will arrive at most addresses within 1-3 days.  At the checkout we have an Express Post option available for next day delivery within the Australia Post delivery network.

How can I track delivery of my order?

Once your order has been approved and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number for your parcel which you can use to trace your delivery on the Australia Post website

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We will happily refund the purchase price of any item you return to us within 14 days of purchase. We just ask that you return garments in the condition they were sent to you - unworn with no odours or marks and original tags attached. We include a returns form in every parcel we send out, simply fill the form in and send your returned item to us. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the sender. Please consider returning your parcels via registered or express post as we cannot take responsibility for articles lost en route to our warehouse. If you were eligible for our free shipping offer we will deduct $8 from your total return to cover postage costs if your order total falls below $50.

Can I exchange if the item I purchased is the wrong colour or size?

Yes! Simply fill in our returns and exchanges form that will be included in your parcel and return your unwanted goods to us.
