Bamboo Body

Each order you place with Bamboo Body will be subject to the following
conditions.

1. A current buyer application is required prior to the approval of orders.
2. A credit application can be submitted by new customers after the full upfront
payment of three invoices. Credit accounts are subject to approval at the discretion
of Bamboo Body.
3. Bamboo Body accepts payment via EFT transfer, and VISA/Mastercard.
4. Freight costs are to be covered by the purchaser. Freight will be sent with
Australia Post eParcel. eParcel packages can be tracked and require signature on
delivery.
5. Bamboo Body will not be held liable for any delays in delivery or unavailability of
ordered merchandise.
6. The buyer must notify Bamboo Body of any shipment errors or damaged
merchandise within 7 days of delivery. Damaged merchandise will be replaced with
like products as soon as they are received and inspected by Bamboo Body.
Merchandise returned without a returns authority issued by Bamboo Body will not
be accepted.
7. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged on all cancelled or refused invoiced
orders.
8. The merchandise is at the risk of the buyer from the time of dispatch
9. Ownership of the merchandise will not pass to the buyer until Bamboo Body has
received all outstanding invoice amounts owed.
10. International accounts are responsible for all costs and risks relating to duty
charges, customs and brokerage fees. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check
the laws pertaining to the country to which they wish the goods to be exported to.
