What is your returns policy?

We will happily refund the purchase price of any item you return to us within 14 days of purchase. We just ask that you return garments in the condition they were sent to you - unworn with no odours or marks and original tags attached. We include a returns form in every parcel we send out, simply fill the form in and send your returned item to us. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the sender. Please consider returning your parcels via registered or express post as we cannot take responsibility for articles lost en route to our warehouse. If you were eligible for our free shipping offer we will deduct $8 from your total return to cover postage costs.

Can I exchange if the item I purchased is the wrong colour or size?

Yes!Simply fill in our returns and exchanges form that will be included in your parcel and return your unwanted goods to us. There is an $8 postage charge for exchanges.

Delivery

Where do you deliver to and how much does it cost?

Bamboo Body deliver worldwide.

For orders over $50 we ship to Australian addresses free of charge.

For International orders, your delivery cost will be based on your location and the weight of your order. The total shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We aim to process orders asap but please allow up to 7 days for processing. We send all parcels from the NSW South Coast via E-Parcel Post. Parcels will arrive at most addresses within 1-3 days.

How can I track delivery of my order?

Once your order has been approved and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number for your parcel which you can use to trace your delivery on the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track/

Review:

Tshirt is nice enough, but beware- the brown plus stripe is nearer black than brown, and stripes are very narrow, so the overall effect is not subtle. There is no picture on the site to show this, so in all honesty I was expecting more of a solid colour with a gentle stripe.
Also, checkout process sucks - postage isn't calculated into the total, but is charged and appears on the reciept. Not clear, and not good practice.

Hi Hmm, thanks for your feedback. We are working on getting more images of the shirt colours on our site. Postage is charged on all orders of less than $50. This charge is displayed several times on the checkout page and included in the Total Price, just above the submit order button.

Great shirt for wearing with a sport jacket and casual pants. I get compliments every time out. Really emphasizes an athletic build, not flattering for fat guys!
